Promotion Overview
ReCoat Revolution is offering tiered promotional savings for qualifying floor refinishing jobs booked between October 1, 2026 and October 31, 2026. Discounts are determined strictly by the pre-discount, pre-tax total value of the initial written estimate:
- Jobs over $2,000.00: $250.00 discount applied to qualifying scope.
- Jobs between $1,000.00 and $2,000.00: $100.00 discount applied to qualifying scope.
- Jobs smaller than $1,000.00: Ineligible; no promotional discount applies.
1. Promotional Period
This promotion is valid exclusively for qualifying jobs booked starting October 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM local time through October 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM local time (“Promotional Period”). To be considered booked within the Promotional Period, a customer must sign an approved ReCoat Revolution written proposal and provide any required scheduling deposit or written booking confirmation before the Promotional Period expires.
2. Discount Tiers & Job Value Thresholds
Eligibility and discount amounts are calculated based on the total pre-discount, pre-tax value of approved ReCoat Revolution floor refinishing services:

Qualifying job value includes standard floor preparation, cleaning, recoating, or designated refinishing services as itemized in the approved estimate. Applicable sales taxes, municipal or permit fees, moving/furniture surcharges, or third-party repair charges are excluded when determining whether a project meets the job value threshold.
3. Minimum Spend & Ineligibility
Jobs with a pre-discount value under $1,000.00 do not meet the minimum project threshold and are not eligible for any promotional discount under this offer. Multiple small jobs, separate invoices, or different property addresses cannot be combined or aggregated to achieve the $1,000.00 or $2,000.00 thresholds.
4. Scope Adjustments & Change Orders
If a project scope is modified before or during service delivery:
- If a customer reduces the scope of work such that the pre-discount total falls from above $2,000.00 into the $1,000.00–$2,000.00 range, the discount will be adjusted from $250.00 to $100.00.
- If a scope reduction causes the pre-discount total to drop below $1,000.00, the project forfeits eligibility and no discount will be applied.
- Additional scope or change orders added after October 31, 2026, will not retroactively qualify a previously booked project for a higher discount tier.
5. Booking & Service Execution Timeline
The service agreement must be booked and confirmed between October 1 and October 31, 2026. Actual floor refinishing work may be scheduled and completed after October 31, 2026, subject to local crew availability and scheduling capacity. Services must be scheduled to occur within ninety (90) calendar days of booking unless an alternative timeline is confirmed in writing by ReCoat Revolution.
6. Limitations & Non-Combinability
Limit of one (1) promotional discount per household, commercial property, or qualifying job. This offer:
- Cannot be combined with other coupons, seasonal discounts, senior/military discounts, trade/realtor pricing, or competing promotional offers.
- Has no cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit toward prior invoices, or transferred to another party.
- Must be requested or acknowledged at the time the written estimate is provided or finalized. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to agreements signed prior to October 1, 2026.
7. Service Area & Surface Suitability
This offer is valid only for ReCoat Revolution of North Des Moines and its defined service area. Promotion applies to standard floor recoating, deep cleaning, and dustless refinishing for suitable hard surfaces (including hardwood, engineered wood, laminate, LVP, VCT, tile, concrete, and terrazzo). Surfaces requiring structural subfloor replacement, major board replacement, or non-standard substrate repair may require separate estimate terms.
8. Cancellations & Modifications
Customer-initiated cancellations or indefinite postponements void the promotional discount. Any deposit refunds or cancellation fees are governed by the standard terms of the executed service agreement. ReCoat Revolution reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional terms in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws; all qualifying contracts executed prior to modification or withdrawal will be honored under the terms in effect at the time of booking.
